We want you to love your Buddy Blender. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
If you’ve had a change of heart, we accept returns for unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
It must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Please note: Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
We stand behind the quality of every Buddy Blender. If your item arrives damaged, or you believe it has a fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos or videos showing the problem
If deemed faulty or defective, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue and your preference.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank to post the transaction.

Gift cards or promotional items
Buddy Blender comes with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or unauthorised repairs.
