All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification once your order has shipped, including tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer standard and express shipping options. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Method Estimated Delivery Time Cost Standard Shipping 3–7 business days Free (for orders over $150) or flat rate $12.95 Express Shipping 1–3 business days $24.95.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or peak periods (e.g. holidays).

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Australia:

You will receive another notification once your order has shipped, including tracking details.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses at this time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package via the carrier’s website.

5. International Shipping

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged:

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please allow an additional 48 hours, then reach out to us.
